As Chief of staff you will

As a chief of staff you get a chance to get creative and solve any challenges that might come your way. We hope that execution is your strong suite. In exchange, you will gain the skills, network and experience to fast track your career.

You’ll work directly with the CEO and we’ll carve out a role that fits your strengths and passions. You’ll get to wear lots of hats: company strategy, fundraising, business operations, marketing, sales, hiring, product, etc ‐ whatever is the top priority. We’ll divide and conquer.


Your “tour of duty” will be for 24 months. Once your mission is done, we’ll talk through what you want to do next in your career. It can be moving to a new role within a company, or even starting your own. We’ll be supportive and help you land on your feet.

Skill Set Required

About the Role

As Chief of staff you will

  • Super organise (20%): Make judgments and recommendations to ensure smooth day-to-day engagements. 

  • Ease communication (10%): Record minutes of a meeting on behalf of the CEO and communicate with the board. Schedule meetings, draft agendas and compile presentation materials

  • Get strategic (30%): Evaluate and assist in developing office policies and procedures for improved workflow and anticipate future needs as the organization grows

  • Grow business (20%): Work and coordinate with the CEO’s outreach activities and follow up on contacts made by the CEO to cultivate ongoing relationships

  • Operate business (20%): Manage information systems operations collaborating with all the departments of the company. Assist in the operation of the organization and other projects/duties.


You Must have:

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration or a similar field

  • 1-3 years of  experience in a business or executive management role

  • Proven experience organizing and directing multiple teams and departments

  • Excellent communicator in written and verbal form

  • Extremely versatile and dedicated to efficient productivity

  • Experience in planning and leading strategic initiatives


Good to have:


  • Experience in data analysis

  • Experience in budget management

  • Consulting experience with a focus on operations management

  • Proven success in a project coordination role

  • Nimble business mind with focus on developing creative solutions

  • Strong project reporting skills, with a focus on interdepartmental communication
